1. Order Cancellations

• Before Dispatch:
  Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• After Dispatch:

2. Refund Eligibility

We take hygiene and safety very seriously. Therefore, returns and refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  
  

• The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  
  

• A return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery, with photo/video proof.
  
  

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

• Hair patches, wigs, or products that are worn or tampered with.
  
  

• Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers.
  
  

• Customised or altered hair systems.
  
  

• Any item returned without prior communication and approval.
  
  

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

• The refund will be initiated within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  
  

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  
  

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  
  

5. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong product or size, we will arrange for an exchange at no extra cost, provided the product meets our return eligibility criteria.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

7. Shipping for Returns

• In most cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

• If not serviceable, the customer may need to self-ship the item. The shipping cost will be reimbursed if the return is approved.
